The Zinfandel Table — Dinner with Icons
Thursday January 29th
5:30pm - 8:30pm
ZinEX weekend opens in spectacular style with an unforgettable evening hosted by two of Napa Valley’s iconic, multi-generational wineries: Grgich Hills Estate and Robert Biale Vineyards.
As part of the exclusive Weekend Classic VIP Package, guests will select their destination—either the Biale barrel room in Oak Knoll or the enchanting Grgich private dining room in Rutherford. Each winery will host a group for an intimate multi-course dinner, followed by dessert. Every dish is thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines from multiple wineries, showcasing the depth and brilliance of Zinfandel. Legendary winemakers will join you at the table, sharing stories, insights, and heartfelt hospitality in true ZinEX fashion.
This evening marks the official opening to ZinEX—a celebration of wine perfection in every course and glass, and a toast to the enduring magic of Zinfandel.

For 35 years, this signature event has united Zinfandel’s devoted producers and wine lovers for an unforgettable grand tasting. This year, roam, lounge, and sip your way through an extraordinary range of Zinfandels and blends—from vineyard-designate classics to standout new releases—each showcasing the richness of California’s diverse growing regions. Explore rare cellar selections and enjoy easy, engaging conversations with the winemakers who bring these wines to life. Sumptuous seasonal bites from estate chefs and CIA’s talented culinary team offer perfect pairings, thoughtfully created to complement every sip.
