Ueberroth Vineyard
Zinfandel

Paso Robles

Planted in 1885 on the rugged limestone hills west of Paso Robles, Ueberroth is among the oldest continuously producing Zinfandel vineyards in California. Perched high above the Templeton Gap in the Willow Creek AVA, where cool Pacific breezes sweep inland each afternoon, these certified organic, ungrafted, head-trained vines cling to steep slopes that have shaped their character for well over a century.

The vineyard's chalky, limestone-rich soils and naturally high pH create a wine of remarkable energy and lift, balancing deep, sun-ripened fruit with vibrant acidity. Powerful yet precise, Ueberroth offers layers of dark berry, wild herbs, crushed stone, and spice, carried by a structure that speaks unmistakably of place. A benchmark expression of old-vine Paso Robles Zinfandel, it captures both the intensity of its historic site and the freshness that makes the vineyard so distinctive.
