Membership requires a one-year commitment, which includes two club shipments. Early cancellation will incur a fee equal to 50% of one remaining shipment.

Yes. Members have the flexibility to customize each seasonal shipment by selecting from the wines available in each release.

Wine Club releases are offered twice each year (spring and fall). Members will receive advance notice before each seasonal release.

Yes. Members may choose to have their club shipments shipped directly to them or picked up at our Templeton Tasting Room.

Members selecting pickup will be notified when their wines are available and receive additional pickup details prior to each seasonal release.

Payment is processed after the club ordering period has closed and any shipment customizations have been completed. Members will receive communication before their payment is processed.

You can update your Turley account information at any time by logging into your online account before your club shipment is processed.

Yes. As your collection grows, your membership can too. Members may upgrade or change their membership level at any time. Simply contact our Membership Team and we'll be happy to help you find the membership that's the best fit for you.

If you do not customize your shipment before the deadline, you'll receive the default club selection for your membership level.

You may cancel orders prior to the packing date with no penalty by contacting the membership office. Any orders cancelled after the packing date will incur a 15% restocking fee. Any orders cancelled after shipping will incur a 15% restocking fee, shipping, and return fee.
