Champions of California's
Old Vines

Turley Wine Cellars was founded in 1993 by former emergency room physician Larry Turley in Napa Valley, California. After helping establish Frog's Leap Winery in the early 1980s, Turley decided to focus on producing high-quality Zinfandel and Petite Syrah wines from some of California’s oldest vineyards.

The winery quickly became known for preserving historic “old vine” vineyards, many dating back to the late 1800s and early 1900s. Over the years, Turley expanded from Napa Valley to Paso Robles with the purchase of the historic Pesenti Winery. Today, Turley Wine Cellars farms more than 50 vineyards across California using organic practices and is recognized as one of the leading producers of old-vine Zinfandel wines in the United States.
