At Spruce, the culinary team creates California-inspired cuisine that highlights the freshest and finest ingredients available. Nearly all of the restaurant's produce comes from their proprietary partnership with SMIP Ranch, a private five-acre organic farm located in the hills above Woodside, CA.

Spruce’s sommelier team curates one of the most progressive wine and spirits programs in America, offering a wine list with over 3,500 selections, a vast assortment of spirits, and handcrafted classic and original cocktails.

Since opening its doors in 2007, Spruce has consistently received praise for its food, wine, and unparalleled service. Spruce was recognized with Esquire Magazine’s "Best New Restaurant in America” award, received Food & Wine Magazine’s "Best New Wine List" award, and maintains a Wine Spectator “Grand Award”, the magazine’s highest honor.

Hosted by Christina Turley, this special dinner will feature an intimate, four-course tasting, including Zinfandels from the Dragon and Dusi vineyards, as well as the iconic Hayne Vineyard Petite Syrah and a library selection Charbono.
