Security & Privacy:
Turley Wine Cellars uses the best in secure server technology for all transactions on the site. The secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. In addition, all of your customer data is protected against unauthorized access.
Turley Wine Cellars promises not to sell, give, lend or otherwise distribute your personal information without your permission to any other company or association that is not part of the processing or shipping of your wine order.
Turley Wine Cellars has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy.
We are happy to ship to the following states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the following states at this time: AR, DE, KY, MS, RI, SD, UT.
Couriers and methods vary from state to state, to optimize quality control and expediency. Once the carrier picks up your package(s) from our fulfillment house, tracking information and an estimated delivery date will be emailed directly to you. Please be sure that an adult 21 years of age or older is available to sign for the shipment when it arrives on the scheduled delivery day. In the event of extreme weather conditions, Turley Wine Cellars may delay shipping. All shipping issues must be acknowledged within 30 days of the original ship date for attempted resolution. A restocking fee of 15% will apply to cancelled orders.
ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR BY A PERSON 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER UPON RECEIPT, SO PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCORDINGLY. TURLEY WINE CELLARS RECOMMENDS SHIPPING TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS TO ENSURE A SUCCESSFUL FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT. SHIPPING FEES INCURRED TO RESHIP ORDERS RETURNED TO TURLEY WINE CELLARS DUE TO FAILED SIGNATURE AND DELIVERY ATTEMPTS ARE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY.
If you are planning to pick up your wines from our Amador or Paso Robles tasting rooms, California sales tax will be applied to your order.
**Alabama customers must apply for permission from that state and forward a copy of their authorization form to Turley Wine Cellars prior to shipping.
**Florida customers must remit sales tax directly to the state; Turley wine cellars is not responsible for taxes.
Shipping address changes will be accommodated provided the order has not been packed. Otherwise the package(s) will need to be redirected at the time of shipping and a $15 per package carrier fee will apply.
Returned or undeliverable shipments will result in additional shipping charges.
Wine cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
A restocking fee of 15% will apply to cancelled orders.
We want to ensure that your Turley Cellars experience is as exceptional as the wine. If there has been any damage during shipping, please contact us within thirty days of receipt of the wine. After thirty business days after delivery, Turley Cellars is not responsible for damaged bottles. All shipments must be received within three delivery attempts.
Our refund policy is on a case-by-case basis. All sales are final, product can be returned only if the wine is corked and the bottle is returned for our analysis. We can replace the bottle or refund the customer at our discretion.
Mailing List Policies:
Many of Turley’s wines are available only to our mailing list customers. We offer our wines twice a year, in the spring and fall. The current waiting period is approximately 6 months. If you want to sign up for our mailing list, you may do so here: sign up. If you are already a mailing list member, you can log in.
All communications from Turley Wine Cellars are sent by email.
Mailing List Members are responsible for notifying the winery of any changes to shipping information at least two weeks prior to the published ship date.
Mailing List Members shipping their orders must receive their shipments in one of the states listed above under “Shipping Policies.”
Mailing List Members opting to pick up their wines either at our Amador or Paso Robles tasting room will be notified by email of the pick-up dates. Any orders not picked up by the closing date will be shipped at the customer’s expense.
